Their prices seems very reasonable, far cheaper than the OEM Prowler trailer. Does anyone recognize the Black Tie in the pictures posted on the site? If you get one don't count on being able to get the 15" chrome Prowler wheels. Great guy. I had him join us for the 2004 Prowler Stampede in Austin. At one time he told me to offering $100 off for Prowler Owners. If you call him, I would check on that and see if he'll still do it. They really are nice little trailers and probably the one that I'll get. Tami Does anyone recognize the Black Tie in the pictures posted on the site? If you get one don't count on being able to get the 15" chrome Prowler wheels. Phil I believe that Bill put 17" front Prowler rims on his and got the spacers from CNote. T I bought this one because it was hard for me to justify the cost of the Prowler trailer for use maybe 1-2 times per year. I have about $2,000 in my trailer, and find it looks very good behind the car. Many people have given me very positive comments about how nice it looks behind the Prowler. It has just as much if not slightly more interior space than the Prowler trailer, as it is squared off in design, versus the swooping decklid of the Prowler trailer. It pulls exceptionally behind the car and I can tell you I've driven over a number of fun, curvy roads around AZ with it, and it is almost like it is not even connected to the car. So my suggestion is to consider what use you would get out of it. Granted the OEM Prowler trailer is a "one of a kind" not to be manufactured again trailer that is worth every penny of the cost to have a limited edition trailer, but for me it was tough to spend that amount of money to just leave it in the garage. As it turns out my guess was right on my actual use, as I have only used the trailer actually 5 times since I bought it 3 years ago and only for short distance weekend trips. I am perfectly pleased with it for the use I get out of it, and the extra $3,000 I saved funded the purchase of my TGF hard top, so that could be a consideration if you are on the fence about this trailer...you could fund other mods and keep the finance controller (wife) happy that you have proposed a budget reduction and still got all the mods you hoped for. I'm not sure if Bill still owns it or where it is now. I haven't seen Bill post in well over a year.galaxie Before I got my Prowler trailer, I got a catalog from them. Seemed like a well built trailer for the price. Although they look good, nothing like the real thing. If I didn't get the Prowler trailer, I'd probally get the one from Champion. They look nice.prowlrman I own one of the Champion trailers and am totally satisfied with it. I want to be careful not to offend any owners of the OEM Prowler trailer with my comments. That is not my intention. garysss I like your trailer, it looks good and works well for your needs. I find it hard to beleive that it has more space than Prowler trailer. The Prowler trailers are very big even with sloping deck lid.
The Mustang trailer Ed had at Woodward looked small also, but surprizing had a lot of room inside. Still not as much as Prowler trailer. If you don't need the extra room it doesn't matter. I,m sure most buy for the Prowler look anyway.jwallis ANOTHER IDEA http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum9/HTML/002695.html galaxie Another + for the Prowler trailer is I don't think you will lose money. They seem to hold thier value very well. JMO.
