StingRay	How many people do you think will show up to a FREE Kenny Rogers concert on the 4th of July ... realistically ... assuming nice weather. Curious as to what the POA community would project on something like this for this specific artist. Thanks!

StingRay	Thanks for the responses ... but can you please put an actual number to your guestimates, like say, 1,000 ... 5,000 ... 10,000 ... more, less?!? Am interested in the feedback, and then as we get closer to the event, will share with you what our mayor, The Great Gatsby thinks will show up!
DIXIE Cat	The attendance would probably depend on where he is to perform. If it were The Villages FL it would probably be a sold out crowd of 25k ++. Elsewhere maybe half as many. He can barely reach any high notes these days but I was a fan from the early days and wish he had not tried to alter his looks as much.
ALLEY CAT	Exact location of concert? Indoor or outdoor venue. Who is the opening act performer(s)? Is Ricky going with you? Will you be taking the Prowler or the Vette to the concert? Using valet parking? Wearing your Kenny Rogers 'Lady' t-shirt? We need more info......

No opening act, that I am aware of. Heck no - he's vacationing with you and Lethia I thought! The park is about a mile from home, so no, no cars will be going, will walk. Was either THAT shirt or my The Gambler one ... depends which is clean that day ;-) There, that help at all?
ed monahan	I loved "Lucille" and "Ruby" but I have heard him in the past few years and I think I can sing better than him now, and I can't sing at all. He used Joan Rivers plastic surgeon apparently so he had better wear a name tag so folks know who he is. He still might draw a crowd, however. Free is hard to beat but you might get your money's worth, too.
ALLEY CAT	The outdoor park,,,,how many acres? Weather forecast? I'll guess.....25,000+ will show up. It's free. Use caution,,,,the rap music crowd gathering will bring their guns. This is Chicago after all Ray...Ricky couldn't take time off with our vacation plans,,,the t-shirt plant is at full production making those Gambler shirts for the Roger's concert. He's planning on joining us for our October trip to Key West, for the 'Fantasy Fest' freak show weekend, lol.
StingRay	Hey AC ... that is why I was prompted to ask this question here ... because the grassy area they are holing this, is NOT that big ... and NO blankets or tables allowed, just chairs, the folding type. I really can't see more than a couple thousand people fitting onto this field, and certainly, the neighborhoods around this area will be OVERRUN with cars too! Weather, who knows ... crap shoot! Could be a total bust if it pours, or a mud show if everyone gets drunk. Thought that factory was outsourced to India to help with all the production needs, and the quality has followed ... maybe will have stuff ready for the Key West event ... heck, he may have joined Caitlin in following his heart and direction.

StingRay	Well ... weather was ideal. They had to flip the venue to be on school grounds as the "Village acquired land" was trashed from Rotaryfest over Father's Day weekend.
