This is why this site is so valuable! ------------------apollo232 Can someone tell me where to look for the front shocks leaking? lol, I know where they are just dont know where to look for them leaking... Todd Cameron there will be oil on the aluminum rail below them. apollo232 Thanks Todd! Todd Cameron Not a problem, my Black Tie is in for this now. Todd Cameron Just got the Black Tie back today, new front shocks installed. apollo232 Todd, thats great! I still haven't been able to look at mine. Marty Usher Todd is correct, oil will collect there and then in my case I found some drips on the garage floor. Now before some wisea$$ jumps in and asks how I could tell the drips were from the the shocks instead of my engine - my engine doesn't drip oil - I guess it burns it too fast! Randy Cobb This may explain the small amount of oil on the inside of my front wheels back in the fall?!!
Don't know, but I'm going check it out.Duane Curto If you had to purchase the Koni front shocks, what do they cost ? I'm thinking out of warranty expense.
