Blue TieWas in Fort Myers a couple of weeks ago looking at the Oasis Condos. Nice new condos at a good price but the area was not for me.

JeraneWI have spent the last several years in the area (Punta Gorda) and love it during the winter. We travel there in our motor coach. Real estate has taken quite a hit as everywhere else in our country. You should be able to be very selective, geographically and price wise.
Wayne FinchI have a place south of Ft. Myers in Naples. Big difference between Naples and Ft. Myers - night and day. Ft. Myers is getting run down, huge foreclosures and businesses closing. Super cheap housing doesn't usually attract the crowd you would be looking for.
