::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ...Robins Egg Blue, what a manly ride...I would have driven it into the intersection in front of oncoming traffic ON PURPOSE... ...his 2nd car was a 1956 Nash Metropolitan, he drove it to school during the 6th grade, but had to trade it in because his first girlfriend, Betty Bigazz couldn't fit in the car ...as a hopeful young stud, wanting to be cool like his childhood hero TUIB, he bought a 1962 Ford Falcon wagon, polished the woodgrain on the sides of the pea green monstrosity and went cruising for another girl to replace Betty, but they all laughed, said he was driving "someone's furniture"...he spent a lot of time cruising the streets in the Falcon with his pet cat, Chester...Chester scored often, AC just watched from the front seat ......after graduating from high school at the tender young age of 26, he felt it was to step up once again, his paper route had paid him well for the last 17 years and he had saved a whopping $213.78...sad to see the Falcon go, he finally bought a 1975 Pinto...keeping with a theme, it was a lime green wagon with wood trim...Chester and his 61 children would ride in the Pinto with AC, but the stinch of urine and kitty litter falling from the rear seem to offend many young girls at the reformatory, sadly, AC couldn't get layed at the women's prison where he worked as a sanitation engineer in charge of the toilets...something about cat hair on his clothes and the smell of cat urine from keeping his clean shirt in the back of the Falcon |

No, Ed......It had a flathead six cylinder and the wells around the spark plugs would fill up with water if it rained.
The cure was to take Kleenex tissues and sop up the water. Once I got everything dry it fired right up.... |
ed monahan | I didn't know it didn't have a hood to keep the rain off of it. lol |
ALLEY CAT | quote: "The cure was to take Kleenex tissues and sop up the pre-mess I made.... Once I got everything dry it tried to fire up.... but just wouldn't respond" BJ,,,That's what several girls in your senior class wrote in their yearbooks around your picture,,,,,,your old '47 Plymouth had several boxes of Kleenex within,,,for just that purpose..
Sad,,,very sad......
