There is a car show here in town, that is labeled as an Exotic Car Show. Would I be correct that a Prowler would be considered an exotic car? If I remember correctly, in 1999 or 2000, the Good Guys Club was giving away a new Prowler as the top prize for that years show... But Prowlers were not allowed in the show! Even better!! very different, strange, unusual. Whether you like Prowlers or not they do fit that discription. Strangely, a lot of people on this site, DO like Prowlers! If I remember correctly, in 1999 or 2000, the Good Guys Club was giving away a new Prowler as the top prize for that years show... But Prowlers were not allowed in the show! When Chrysler gave away a Prowler at GOODGUYS and was a major sponsor the Prowler was allowed in the show. Mine along with Jim Anderson of Erie, PA was at Indy at GOODGUYS with our Prowler My Prowler was the ISCA International points Champ in 2000 in Exotic Sports class This past year was back in Exotic Sports class, got beat by a damn red Ferreri ..... LOL Give them a call and inquire, they might surprise you and let you in, but really if just a bunch of high dollar car why would you want to go and spoil their day when your car would get more attention! Or is an exotic car pretty much limited to quarter of a million dollar, and up, foreign cars? alprowl I think you have to check with the club that sponsors the event... They should be able to tell you what vehicles are accepted. StingRay Put your wife or girlfriend in a skimpy neon colored bikini and pose by the car during the show! That should qualify you! robin That would be erotic car show. Robin StingRay quote:

Sorry, but I don't remember exactly what the 'deal' was...they did want me to bring my car to the NY show, but I think that there was no real class for it to compete in. Somewhere I have pics of their purple/flamed Prowler at my office next to my yellow Prowler, they did take a lot of pics, but I decided not to go to the show.quincy According to Barrett Jackson car insurance and the Great state of Michigan the Prowler is classified as an exotic. No definition given when requested. The great state of Tennessee calls it a convertible. Go figure. attyedhall quote:
