| RPL | I have two custom Prowler clocks available. Based upon recent interest, I will not be making another batch for the foreseeable future. I have most colors available including silver. Custom Prowler Clock - $53 includes US Priority Mail shipping, battery not included. Each clock is constructed using a new, original OEM, bright silver painted plastic 15” Prowler trailer wheel cover (approximately 17" in overall diameter). The name brand movement with a continuous motion second hand is used to eliminate the “ticking” sound. I could use mechanisms that are less than half the cost of these, but wanted to offer the highest possible quality. The clock is less than the cost of a replacement wheel cover from Mopar. Each clock is embellished with a 4” Prowler cat graphic in the color of your choice: Purple, Yellow, Black, Red, Silver, Orange, Dark Blue, Gold or Candy Red. Bob I already have one of your clocks. I like the continuous motion second hand used to eliminate the “ticking” sound. Looks great on the wall. Now I need to replace the graphics. ------------------

| RPL | Just checked, only three clocks avaialble for shipping in time for Christmas. After the first of the year I will have to reevaluate whether I will continue producing them. I have to built them in groups of 20 to be able to offer them at the current price. |

I have some wheel covers set aside but need to produce twenty clocks at a time to make them affordable. It just doesn't make sense to do another run. |

| RPL | The last two clocks have been sold. I am discontinuing them because interest has fallen off. I did receive one inquiry after the last two were spoken for but need twenty to make another run. I don't see that happening so the custom Prowler clocks are discontinued. I want to thank everyone that purchased one and hope that you enjoy it. |
