called there today but the lady didn't appear....(how do I put this "nicely")...... very cooperative or interested, after rendering my question to the desired items, she told me I'd be called back.........never happenend........oh well.......gotta love good customer service

| Howard | Maybe the person at the store forgot to dial 9 before dialing your phone numbers and couldn't get a dial tone so they just gave up.
There is no excuse for poor customer service.

| TFischer | I called and it took a couple of days for them to call me back since the person I had called is not usually in the store, but just helps out when she can. She was great though and called me back when she got a chance and I already have all of the stuff I ordered. Try calling one more time. T |
