------------------ I figure at least ~2 years or so for cars that were actually driven to hit that mark, with 3200 made its not a collector car. There are a few new GT40s around here in dealers. I have not asked about prices. Charliemikee http://www.fordgtprices.com/pages/9/index.htm tangled up in BLUE ...I have had a deposit on one of these for 2 years or so.....I wouldn't pay $100K over sticker, I am stubborn and patient....looks like my turn at ownership may be near.....great info here....I had noticed advertised prices dropping alot lately, just wasn't paying real close attention.....thanx for the info.... meancat I too have been looking for one, but will have to wait till I can get a new one for $100,00.00 under dealer sticker.
for now, Mr.Mcgoo Yea, spend all that money and everyones rear main seal are going with 3-400 hundred miles on them. Typical Ford St0rmBr1nger When they start comming up used and under 100K I will be very very interested in picking one up. quincy Be nice Mr. Mcgoo! There is nothing on this earth made by man that is perfect. If the rear main really is leaking, I am sure FoMoCo is working on a fix.....my 2 cents! Fat Pat Be nice Mr. Magoo...that Ford engine will outlast 3 Chevalays!! chasmccart TUIB There was an original GT40 at the Exotic Car Show in Manchester, NH. The guy purchased it 9 years ago. He found it in Hemmings. It was baby blue just like your picture. I was told by a friend that it was an old STP car but looking at your picture I only see a Gulf logo. I will e-mail you the pictures. brianwlong WHAT ABOUT 10-20K OVER STICKER? WE HAVE A FORD STORE, TOO. JUST SOLD ONE LAST WEEK AND HAVE ANOTHER ONE COMING SOON.
