superdoppler	Do I need a metric screwdriver to remove the positive cable from the battery? What size do I need? Thanks!
ed monahan	I don't think screwdrivers come in metric. As I recall you can use a small metric wrench but I don't recall what mm you need.

alrtg	I remember when we started "converting" to the metric system. Funny thing though, it seems we never quite finished and are now left with both. I vote that we go back where we started. Randy Cobb	If you are removing the battery you will also need a 13mm magnetic socket with an extention to remove the nut on the hold down backet.

alrtg	While you guys are at it, how about getting out the sky hook just in case the hood struts don't do their job.
Dave Haggas	You will find most of the cars on the grid at the 24HR race have a mixture of metric and imperial. This applies to cars that are new as well as seasoned cars. Amazes me really. I had to work on a 2001 F1 car recently only to find that some of the bolts were peculiar to that make of car. The manufacturer made their own sizes and equipment to fit...its a mad world out there!
