Landscape Doctor NITE-4X4 There are only about 2/3rds of a googol different combinations when shuffling cards. However, given that the first time a new deck is shuffled the starting order of the cards is consistent (at least with any given manufacturer) - I would expect the first shuffle to result in a similar combination that has occurred quite often.
