Could someone please send me pictures of how the weatherstrip is attached. The painter removed the sides and did not mark them. Also the front and rear would be of help also. Thanks.

It slides into a slot, no glue used.

Thats only on the weatherstrips over the Door Glasses on Gen II Tops. The Front and Rear weatherstrips on Gen II tops are glued on too.
On the Gen I Tops, all 4 of the weatherstrips are glued on..

I have a Gen 2 and the rear weather strip is ... was glued on. I noticed that it was loose for about a 2 foot length when I stored it a few weeks ago. Maybe I should take another look. I hope that mine isn't damaged. I will look tonight and tell the world.

I learned something new. I had mine painted and I guess they didn't glue it.
