My a arm bushings are dry and make alot of noise. Will this kit replace them ?

Both . There is parts that go on the rear and bushing for front.there is a nice diagram to show you which piece goes where.

I need the a arm bushings, anyone know where I can get those. I bought some bushing from control freak but they are for the back.
