Found a great company in Phoenix, AZ that rebuilds the regulators and motors. They are very reasonable and give a lifetime warranty.  |

 . It appears someone had their fix done there.... You think it was a $99 repair like it says on the sign? So one would have to remove their broken unit,,, pay to ship their broken window regulator to them.....they build you a new system, and ship back to you. You might check out the full-price for a grand total. I would stick to the Tom Mills/Jefferson Auto replacement unit which will last forever... Support our Prowler vendors |

I had my Viper done there and they are amazing, $649 for both sides. High Quality and great service and will do ANY car. But, unlike the Prowler, there is NO ONE that I know of making a good replacement for a Viper. So like others, I bought Tom Mills Replacement for the Prowler when they fail. Upstairs in a box! They will rebuild it back like it was when new, which is all they can do. Which is a total engineering disaster, guaranteed to break again. Here are some pics. First, if you own a Prowler, Tom's design is completely re-engineered and far superior. And that's what you should buy, like I did. But if you have a car where there wasn't a "Tom Mills" to fix the junk the factory put out (the 2005 Viper has junk door panels, Junk door regulators, Junk door/Window trim, junk guides. I've changed all that on mine. $2000 plus to fix and the ONLY window regulator fix was this place. The quality of what they did was impressive. Plastic? I believe they told me that they wrapped ( you can see the pics) metal replacements. For now, my windows now go up and down beautifully and the window "drop" actually works. I used Doug Shelby metal guides and I just spent $600 bucks on a set of window guides custom cast and machined from a gwntleman in Canada. I got one of the last sets. They are beautiful. See pics for before and after this place fixed my Viper Window Regulator. But again, if you have a Prowler, Tom's product is far superior.
