I was considering getting the lambo style doors for my Prowler. Has anyone done this modification? Any problems with leaking, closing, opening, locking, windows, etc.?? Enough room to get in and out?

Thanks for any input,

Craig

Opinions will vary, so keep that in mind. I have a Prowler with Lambo doors. Sandy hates it, says the door is too heavy to lift up. They need to be adjusted some so they close properly. I am not so sure it helps getting in and out but I am old, tall and overweight. I am looking into getting one of those lift chairs installed on the driver's side. lol
Again, some will come on and tell you that they are the best thing since bottled beer.

Thanks so much for that info. My wife and I are getting older as well, so I'm thinking they are not for us. I really liked the look of them. She was worried as well.

I have them on the Kameleon Kat I recently purchased. I was ready to take them off, but I spent some time making adjustments and they seem to work much better now. I'm going to give them one more summer before making up my mind.

Hinges can be modified if you want the doors to raise up further. Otherwise, I found, you do a lot of head bumping.

I love mine... I find it easier to get in and out and the guys that installed them set them up perfect first shot. The Bolt on Vertical Doors Inc are the only ones to go with...

I got a set off of Ebay, turns out it was from The Prowler Store. If they're installed correctly they're great, no adjustment needed. Pretty good instant rebate so they were a little over 700.

Personally, I don't care if you are the Prowler store ... Information/help is welcome and appreciated here...
The problem with your denial is that most of your posts mention the PS or contain a link to PS ... The truth will set you free, although you may have to pay a vendor fee!

Al,

Like I said, they're just local to me and I can't complain. When my dealership in Jersey lost the franchise during the restructuring, I quickly found another job for FLM.

I know TPS is like a bad word around here, so I will refrain from saying anything regarding that any further.

Yes it's real. Tony the hemi man made it....
Have seen this being built near the end....
Funny when you first see it .......it registers as a normal prowler..Doors down.......
Then the question pops into your head..
What's different about this car?
Then Tony will say count the head rest..
Whatttttttt...really cool great job on the doors-
The interior looks great to....Robin
