I have a intermittent Day time running light, but just on one side. some time it works and other time's it's out.
Right hand side, only the DRL all other light and light combinations work. when I pull the light switch in the car 1/2 way to turn on the park light's everything works fine and the signal light's are dim when I pull the light switch on all the way to turn on the head light's the signal lights are on and dim. when I push the light's off all the way only one bright DRL come's on. I've rang out the wires and could not find any problems, bulb's are both good, even swaped sides to check, still all good. I hate to bring it to the dealer if there are any left in the world LOL and pay $$$$ to find out it's a silly little problem that I should of seen, but I might just have to if someone on here doesn't have any advice for me.

Cheer's boy's and happy motoring

Sounds like you need to check the Grounds on the lights.
If there were a short, it would have popped the fuse.

Hi - I have seen several Canadian cars with this problem. You need to replace the DRL module.

I just had the same problem, I pulled the fuses behind the LH side panel and reinstalled them and the lights work fine again, maybe one was just not contacting properly.
Eric.

Similar problem with mine when I took the car out of storage. Replaced the DRL module and now everything is fine.
That's probably also going to be your solution.

Just replaced the DRL module. Really easy to do and fixed the intermittent left front signal failure. Thanks to this site, found the fix for my problem quickly. BTW, the module is $118 Canadian plus taxes now. JR
