Al,

I have both, installed it about 2 1/2 months ago. Takes about 20-30 min. to install - the kat sounds and feel better. What is it that you want to know??

Sounds better but I think after everything get hot the factory air box with a K&N is the way to go. I swapped back to the latter configuration and can really tell no difference other than the air being sucked into the system.

Al,

I think it did for me, now you can purchase these parts at your local auto parts store and may come out cheaper. My G-force gear with the wonder bar new non run flat tires and the cold air intake - its all very very very good for me.
