We have a 2000 Prowler with a sticker that says "Tuxedo Edition". It does NOT say "Black Tie". Has anyone else ever come across a Tuxedo Edition? I've never been able to find anything on it. Our Prowler looks like the Black Tie Edition, however the front bumpers are not black, they're silver. We've had her for about three years and haven't seen another. Thanks for your help! Kena |

I'd say that the bumpers were painted and the sticker added on at some point . toys |

Maybe Mike, the DQ man down in Florida will chime in. There were a few "Prototype" 2000 Black Ties and he owned one. Black Ties are 2001 and have Dr. Rue's minature signature and a number painted into the pinstrip just above the rear license plate. You may have a rare gem. |

Thanks everyone for the input and welcome! I will send info on the vin # as soon as I have it. Would like to hear it is considered a "gem", of course we already think so! Oh, and we live in north Florida, where is the DQ event? |
