False, The Prowler does not come with a water or oil monitor. You can reset it with a OBII reader , providing there are no problems, If there is a problem with one of the sensors , the light will come right back on. This message has been edited by phil2237 on 09-22-2007 at 10:01 PM |

Joe cat, I get an intermittant check engine light when I let one of the Cats sit too long without firing it up. The start-up will have the engine stumbling and grumbling and will misfife one time and walla, here comes the little light. Have also has it come on when I used the wrong key in the door, or didn't have the gas cap on tight. I just pull the disconnent switch I installed on the batteries and leave off for some 20 min., and it will reset itself. If it comes back on, time to get the trouble code read. |

JOE, Don't forget to reconnect the battery before you try to start it again... or you may think something else is wrong. |
