I pulled into a parking lot this morning and went to back out. The transmission seemed to slip. I changed the shifter forward and back and finally it was ok. Anyone else had a similar problem? I hope this is not the start of something bad. Please advise

Most likely, you simply did not have it all the way into reverse. This is common on most types of transmissions when one does that. |

Be careful, had the same thing happen to my 99 300M, ended up being the front pump in the trans. Read somewhere that this was a problem on 99 cars. quote: |
