I love my cars. In my eyes, all special. Life situations get you thinking. Tough to decide which ones to sell. So today, spent time with them. And made decisions on which ones stay, which was a different approach for me. First two here. I've spent so much time and effort and money on that Bonneville. The Candy has won Shelley's heart. So these two stay for sure.

The seats in this car alone are worth a ton. 1) super rare head rests and 2) recliners . See that little (re-chromed) handle on the side? Uber rare. The interior was completely redone and done right. Can't sell it.

Bonneville? Yup. But the front and rear end have been switched with a 1966 Grand Prix, one of my faves ever from Pontiac. But they never made a 1966 GP Vert. So i did. She's a Bonny, but has a Grand Prix front and rear end.

It's been a while since I saw one of these "Wide Track" Pontiacs. Beautiful car, what is it's history?

I bought it 4 years ago. Interior was done by a gentleman who is amazing, in North Carolina. The story of getting it back here is one for the books. Simply amazing story. BUT Rick rebuilt the Trans, Engine etc. The body was good but paint faded. Originally a Mayfair Maze (butternut yellow) Rick tried to change it to metallic Blue. I changed it to a 1977 "BlueBird" color from the 1977 Firebird. I think works perfect. From Arkansas originally. I re-chromed, re-polished all stainless. 8 Lug wheels are perfect. Has Power windows, Power Vent, Cruise etc. I put a 1965 Factory Tripower on it and have been looking for long Branch Headers for the High Output cars. Very tough to find. Rick changed that rear end and front end to a 1966 Grand Prix. They only made a convertible GP in 1967. VERY different car. The "C" chassis cars like the Impala, Bonneville, Grand Prix, Catalina were all the same size. and the fronts and rear end's could be exchanged. The Bonny is just a lot longer.
