18 tennessee deaths in the last few days. The roads are like ice skating rinks.Very dangerous.Power outages and store closings.

South Florida sounds nice.

I installed a Kohler 20 KW whole house generator last August.
While I was doing the install over a seven day period we lost power 3 time up to 4 hours. Since I installed the new generator we haven't lost power once. The first thing I worry about in the Winter is my water freezing up and in the Summer it's the sump pump. I sleep better now plus I am now retired and am at home when problems come up. I worked shift work 37 years and it was bad being away from home during bad weather leaving my wife to cope with things at home.
