Linda and I will be leaving Friday 06/29 for Vancouver BC where we will catch a Cruise ship on 06/30 for a 1 week Alaskan cruise up the inner passage. We have several planned excursions including a helicopter ride which lands on a glacier on which we can get out and walk around. We also have a evening whale watch cruise, but it will still be daylight. We are really looking forward to this cruise. We will be back home on 07/08.

Have fun its a great time. I went on the Pacific Princess back in 1985 for 2 weeks to Alaska. The strangest thing was what time it got dark 1AM. Have fun post pics when you get back.

I think the best thing to do is take the "Misty Fjords" airplane tour. Try it if you can.

The misty fjords is definitely a great side trip. The train ride up White Pass (?) is also nice but misty fjords flight was outstanding but we had a very rare, sunny day.
It will be fairly cold up there.
Have fun and don't over eat. lol
