I know this is an old story by now, but the Daily Show video of the Florida couple that foreclosed on Bank of America, is just feel good fun. Enjoy.

In fairness to BofA,,,,,they bought up both Countrywide and Merrill Lynch, who were in deep financial trouble, and along with them came their many existing, terrible mortgage loans which were made to under qualified homebuyers.

BofA has a bigger problem with AIG sueing them for $10 billion, from those terrible loans being package and sold to AIG. BofA would have been better off to let Countrywide and Merrill Lynch fail, IMO.

That is awesome! The sad part of the whole story is that anyone can legally foreclose on anyone else even if they don't know them. A little common sense would go a very long way these days.

The sad part of it is 'Common sense is not very common anymore'.
