Susan, my wife is one of the luckiest people I know except when it came to being married to me.. Yep! She won tickets to another consert... Heart and Journey... Great seats, 22 rows back.. Even had a friend buy his tickets from a scalper as he was able to set real close to us at a SOLD OUT SHOW... So the girls, Jordon and I got rocked on a Tuesday Night.. There is no place like Red Rocks, the sound is something that is unbeleviable.. Only to be matched by the place itself.. Cut out of the rocks were you set and listen watch and enjoy the Colorado evening and a great one at that... Here is a short Video that I took to give you a idea of what I'm talking about.. The Early Bird Prowlers were treated to a visit at this amphitheater when The Mile Hi Prowlers did the Colorful Colorado Event.. We took them in the basement to see the wall of fame.. Pictures, dates of every one that has played there.. Most people that live here in Colorado don't even know about it, but it's a big treat for rock and roll history buffs.. Also down there is a restaurant and gift shop..They have a room with a big screen that plays a short movie of how and when it was built plus some of the groups that have played there talk about what a great place it is with footage of them in concert.. Here is a shot of Susan and I (onecatnodog) and Jordon and his wife Jena.. I would love to not only take them to Bandimere Speedway again like I did the Early Birds, but a concert at Red Rocks would be Killer if I could pull it off... Of course the Royal Gorge Bridge is a definite and I would like to see 100 Prowlers this time instead of the 66 Prowlers and 3 Prowler trailers that are show in this poster picture... onecatnodog  |
