1- Probably get more salt on your car in Hawaii or Daytona than most places in Canada 2- The name is "Acadian" 3- The car reverenced was not a Chevy II it was just that a chevette. Just a small car. 4- From around 64 to the 70's sometime there were two models of Acadian's as I recall. One was the Acadian Beaumont which was sold up here by Pontiac dealers. It was bascially a Chevelle with different grills. Sort of a cross between the Chevelle and the GTO in appearence but still a chevelle. I had a 64 beaumont then a 65 Chevelle. Both HT's 283's with 4 speeds and LOUD pipes. Fun in those days. Sort of dates me. |

Just did a net search for acadian beaumonts. All models came up including the last model which is shown here. |
