One of our POA members was a unfortunate victim of a 'system gone bad' a number of years ago. He will probably never recover from the emotional and physical trauma of this event. He has however finished a book on the details and events surrounding this tragedy. He doesn't post often so I thought I would help by passing this on at his request. Please see below:
