I've yet to find a group as great as the folks on this board, but I now have company for my "cat" in the garage. It's an '01 Jaguar XK8. Does anyone know of, or can recommend, the equivelant to POA for Jags? Two kitty's no fighting... Steve.in.Roanoke |

Nice room mate for the Kat.Check out the British car club in you area. We were in the British car club for a few years back when we had a replica Jag. More 'Pumpkin' photos and Mod Stuff . . . . . . . Our other cars and stuff "I may have to grow older, but I do not have to grow up!" "The Prowler is not a car to go from Point A to Point B. I would try jag-lovers .org. Its a great site 7 they have it broken down to different models. I've had my 68 e-type 2+2 since 1981 but it still needs more work to be truly road worthy. I've put more miles on my Prowler this summer that I have put on the jag in 20 years(a lot less problems w/ the prowler)!! |

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going there now. Pumpkin, what model replica? Back in '88 with a lot of help from my friends, built a "Duke" '39 Jag replicar. Was sweet except for the fender rock chips The XK8 has the same "charisma" as the XKE's IMO, but with a bunch better reliability rate, I hope... Steve.in.Roanoke |
