Every nut case exploded when seeing this tweet. Most people don't understand Nuclear weapons. These weapons have a shelf life. They need attention on a regular basis. Yes these weapons need to be improved and maintained. If all 11 NWs nations will disarm these Nuclear weapons that would be GEART. But until that happens they all fear each other will use their NWs first. That's just the way it is. Reagan greatly got nations to reduce their total number of weapons which does help but all these nations are capable of mass destruction and are very dangerous. Actually Obama already started that 2 years ago. November 15, 2014 The US has announced that an emergency spending programme will be carried out in order to update its ageing nuclear arsenal. Up to $1 trillion (£640bn) will be spent as part of a 30-year plan to upgrade an array of missiles, submarines and bombers.
According to the Associated Press, Hagel told the Pentagon on Friday that the decision to upgrade the US nuclear weapons arsenal came after a series of reviews. He said that the internal and external reviews revealed "a consistent lack of investment and support for our nuclear forces over far too many years has left us with too little margin to cope with mounting stresses". After pushing for the U.S. to “greatly strengthen and expand” its nuclear capability, President-elect Donald Trump reportedly seemed to welcome an “arms race” in a brief conversation with MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski Friday morning. “Let it be an arms race,” he said Friday, according to Brzezinski, co-host of the network’s show Morning Joe. Fearless Leader is not talking about an upgrade of our nuclear deterrent. An "Arms race" is not maintenance. |

The US is not prepared for a defensive battle. North Korea is getting closer and closer to hitting the mainland with their new tech. experts from Iran. Missile batteries are needed to protect the coast on the west side of the US. |
