I predict that the Justice Department will now fast track the investigation into the Clinton Foundation so that if Hillary is found guilty of Pay for Play as Secretary of State, then Obama can pardon her and any anyone else involved in misappropriation of funds intended for charity. The Obama administration has already said that they would not rule out giving Hillary a pardon. We shall see. |

Was thinking same thing Rich ... rather the investigation takes place after January so NO pardon and bSlick and hilLIARy are held accountable ... and their dog-faced offspring too .... oh, was that a bad remark? Sorry ...  |

Very likely,,,,,to keep Hillary protecting BHO about 'knowing and emailing' the Sec of State on her 'private server'......which BHO claims he didn't know about  ( BS )I don't see the FBI & DOJ filing any criminal charges against her (as there should be).....but a Civil charge against the Clinton Foundation and a subsequent large fine (for the present account balance in the Foundation Fund) to make it insolvent,,, would make it acceptable to me. The Clintons claimed the Fund distributed 90% of the donations to needy charities...when actually the Fund distributed only 06% to the needy causes. The remainder was used to pay big salaries to the Clinton friends listed as staff,,the Clintons themselves taking a salary draw,,,paying for 5-Star resort trips,,,paying for personal/pleasure air flights to foreign countries,,,etc. Basically, the Foundation is a 'scam',,,'pay for play' for the attention and political favors the Clintons could provide foreign countries and the world's wealthy individuals. Right now,,,BHO will do and say anything to protect his 'Presidential Legacy' which presently is in danger of being slapped down to Jimmy Carter level. What are the odds trump will pardon her ? As an olive beach to dems? He was talking pretty sweet about her at his acceptance speech..... I kept hearing talk the Obama may pardon her before indictments come about. Can he do a " future pardon"? I kept missing where they were saying if it was possible!!!! |

I think it's wrong for Obama or Trump to pardon her. That would be a pardon for dozens of questionable things the Clintons have done. If Hillary thinks Obama will pardon her she will tell Bill to transfer all the money to her. She would be free to file false tax returns quickly to make even more money. Wrong thing to do. BTW. I don't think Ford should have Pardoned Nixon either. If she wants to file Bankruptcy jointly with Bill maybe it could be considered. What about the Clinton Charity they both live off of and use money that is supposed to be for the benefit of children? |

Pardon Her? Even though I would love to see her behind bars, I have always thought it unlikely that she would be indicted and certainly not sentenced. I doubt in spite of what he said that Trump will press DOJ to prosecute. Not pressing forward would appear as extending the olive branch and he could proclaim that he and the nation have more pressing issues. Not that I agee, but that is my prediction. |
