I encourage you to read this book. As good a job as the movie does it changes the way some thing actually occurred and also gives a more in depth look at Chris Kyle and what he went through. It also shows you what our soldiers now have to deal with in battle thanks to politicians and bureaucrats. As a Vietnam Vet I understand them all too well. I purchased the book Saturday evening and finished it today. When I purchase it, I did not realize there was a hard bound memorial edition so I am now going to look for that and buy it.
After reading this book I am even more frustrated and angered by the likes of Michael Moore and even more so with the MSNBC reporter Ayman Mohyeldin who on the Morning Joe show of Jan 29 made the statement Chris Kyle was a racist who went on a killing spree in IRAQ.

After comments like that I guess it should come as no surprise to learn that Ayman came to MSNBC from Al Jazeera.
