LUBBOCK, Texas — A leaked intelligence analysis from the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reveals the exact numbers of illegal immigrants entering and attempting to enter the U.S. from more than 75 different countries. The report was obtained by a trusted source within the CBP agency who leaked the document and spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity. The report is labeled as "Unclassified//For Official Use Only" and indicates that the data should be handled as "Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU)."

The numbers provided are in graphics and are broken down into “OFO” and “OBP.” The Customs and Border Protection agency is divided into the Office of Field Operations (OFO) and the Office of Border Patrol (OBP). The OFO numbers reflect anyone either turning themselves in at official U.S. points of entry, or anyone caught while being smuggled at the points of entry. The OBP numbers reflect anyone being caught or turning themselves in to Border Patrol agents between the points of entry, or anyone caught at interior checkpoints by Border Patrol agents. The “OFO Inadmissible” designation to any individual from a nation other than Mexico or Canada means that U.S. authorities took the individuals into custody. Whether they were deported or given a Notice to Appear is unknown. It is important to note these numbers do not include data from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The unavailable ICE data are in addition to these numbers.

The report reveals the apprehension numbers ranging from 2010 through July 2014. It shows that most of the human smuggling from Syria and Albania into the U.S. comes through Central America. The report also indicates the routes individuals from North Africa and the Middle East take into the European Union, either to illegally migrate there or as a possible stop in their journey to the United States. The data are broken down further into the specific U.S. border sectors where the apprehensions and contact occurred.

Among the significant revelations are that individuals from nations currently suffering from the world’s largest Ebola outbreak have been caught attempting to sneak across the porous U.S. border into the interior of the United States. At least 71 individuals from the three nations affected by the current Ebola outbreak have either turned themselves in or been caught attempting to illegally enter the U.S. by U.S. authorities between January 2014 and July 2014.

As of July 20, 2014, 1,443 individuals from China were caught sneaking across the porous U.S. border this year alone, with another 1,803 individuals either turning themselves in to U.S. authorities at official ports of entry, or being caught attempting to illegally enter at the ports of entry. This comes amid a massive crackdown by Chinese authorities of Islamic terrorists in the Communist nation.

Twenty-eight individuals from Pakistan were caught attempting to sneak into the U.S. this year alone, with another 211 individuals either turning themselves in or being caught at official ports of entry.

Thirteen Egyptians were caught trying to sneak into the U.S. this year alone, with another 168 either turning themselves in or being caught at official ports of entry.

Four individuals from Yemen were caught attempting to sneak into the U.S. by Border Patrol agents in 2014 alone, with another 34 individuals either turning themselves in or being caught attempting to sneak through official ports of entry. Yemen is not the only nation with individuals who pose terror risks to the U.S. that the report indicates travel from. The failed nation of Somalia, known as a hotbed of Islamic terror activity, was also referenced in the report. Four individuals from Somalia were caught trying to sneak into the U.S. by Border Patrol agents in 2014. Another 290 either turned themselves in or were caught attempting to sneak in at official ports of entry. This reporter previously covered the issue of illegal immigration into the U.S. from Somalia and other nations in the Horn of Africa.

Hold on there kemosabe, this border crisis is not something to do with the next election. It seems as though Congress just went on a 5 week vacation and that tells me either there is no crisis or they don't care. If it was that important they would be in DC doing their job. jmo

Not so fast yourself (see below). Congress passed a bill but Dirty Harry Reid will never let it go to a vote in the Senate (like the 300 plus other bills on his desk about 90% of which were bipartisan in the Congress) and Obama says he will veto it. With Reid and Obama its my way or no way. So please explain to me why they should stick around! JMO

And I believe this will be a big issue in the next (Nov) election and possibly in 2016 as well. JMO

Also when has Obama been in Washington recently doing his job? All he has been doing is fund raising and on August 9th they go to Martha's Vineyard, Mass on vacation. How many days vacation is that this year? I have lost count.

U.S. House passes border-security funding bill to speed deportations

By David Lawder and Richard Cowan

WASHINGTON Sat Aug 2, 2014

(Reuters) - Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives voted on Friday to crack down on Central American migrants, including unaccompanied children, who are flooding to the U.S. border with Mexico, as lawmakers passed a $694 million border security bill.

The 223-189 vote came one day after conservative Republicans balked at an earlier version of the measure, exposing a deep rift between Tea Party activists and more mainstream Republicans.

In passing the retooled bill, the Republican-led House ignored a veto threat from the White House. But with the Senate already on a five-week summer recess, this measure will advance no further at least until September.

"We couldn't go home (for recess) and not have a decision," said Representative Kay Granger of Texas, who helped draft the original bill.

Granger said the measure would serve as a marker for negotiations in September to resolve the humanitarian crisis that has seen nearly 60,000 children from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala arrive illegally since October to escape criminal drug gangs and poverty.

House Democrats complained that the legislation would too speedily return children to dangerous conditions in their home countries. President Barack Obama called the Republican bill "extreme" and "unworkable."

Later on Friday, the House also passed a separate bill reversing Obama's 2012 policy suspending deportations of some undocumented residents who were brought to the United States as children years ago by their parents.

The measure also would bar Obama from expanding this policy, possibly to parents of children who already qualify.

The tougher language in the twin bills would make it easier to deport migrant children and add money to deploy National Guard troops at the border with Mexico.

The changes were intended to satisfy conservative House Republican lawmakers who withdrew their support on Thursday amid a revolt instigated by Senator Ted Cruz, the Tea Party firebrand from Texas.

On Thursday, the Democratic-controlled Senate failed to advance its own $2.7 billion border funding bill, as Republicans lined up to stop it on a procedural vote.

With Obama's $3.7 billion border funding request rejected by Congress, but no alternative legislation presented to him for signing into law, Obama said he would shift funds from other accounts to pay for enhanced border security and the care and feeding of thousands of detained migrant children.

"I'm going to have to act alone because we don't have enough resources," Obama told reporters. "We've already been very clear. We've run out of money."

Friday's action capped a day of bitter debate over U.S. immigration policy.

With the two votes, the House went on record in favor of accelerating the return of children to their home countries while also reversing much of Obama's two-year-old policy that suspended deportation efforts against children brought to the United States illegally by their parents before mid-2007.

The measure would prohibit those who have already been given a reprieve from deportation from renewing their status when it expires after two years.

The child migrant crisis has become an increasingly hot topic ahead of the mid-term elections in November that will determine control of Congress next year.

The Republicans have been trying to present a united front against Obama to energize the party's voting base, including a move this week to sue him in federal court for allegedly overstepping his legal authority.

Republicans may have papered over their differences for now, but they could resurface after the summer break when negotiations intensify.

Boehner in September will have two hot-button issues to navigate through the House: a return to the border funding issue and a stop-gap spending bill to keep government agencies open in the new fiscal year starting on Oct. 1.

This week's dust-up in the House also may give Democrats a new opening to remind voters - and Democratic donors - of the Tea Party's influence over Republicans.

They attacked the revised Republican plan as putting at risk the children of undocumented immigrants, often known as "dreamers," who have grown up in the United States. The Republican push could

House passes border bill, Senate doesn't. So why does House get the blame?

By Mark Sappenfield

All the attention this week was on House Republicans' stuttering – but ultimately successful – attempts to pass a bill to address the border crisis. Yet the Senate failed to pass anything.

The story line sounds familiar: A big vote is scheduled on a bill to address the tens of thousands of migrant kids crossing the border, elements of the conservative wing of the party pull their support, and the bill fails.

This is what happened Thursday when the House border bill imploded, leading to high-decibel headlines in newspapers across the country (including this one). Yet it is also what happened in the Senate Thursday, when the bill by Sen. Barbara Mikuski (D) of Maryland bill failed to clear a procedural hurdle and died.

The Senate then promptly went on vacation, leaving its business unfinished, while the House reconvened Friday and passed tweaked versions of its bills. Yet even this was treated with thinly veiled disdain from much of the press: "House GOP passes border bill – likely to no effect" pronounced CNN.

Ready to rumble: Activists to raid congressional town hall meetings to fight immigration

By Paul Bedard | August 1, 2014 | 1:02 pm

Even if lightning strikes Friday and Congress OK's an immigration bill, activists angered with unaccompanied minors swarming over the U.S.-Mexico border plan to invade town hall meetings House members are planning during the five-week congressional recess.

The immigration reduction group NumbersUSA is one of those already drawing up protest plans. They distributed details to their two million members on the lawmakers already planning to host public meetings in their district.

According to the group, 99 Republicans have scheduled town halls. Just 41 Democrats have done the same.

No immigration bill is expected to pass both houses and be signed by the president, according to several sources.

“No matter what happens today, there are grave concerns that voters need to confront their representatives about this summer,” NumbersUSA said in a statement provided to Secrets.

“The long list includes President Obama’s plans to issue more executive amnesties, the federal government relocating illegal aliens to towns across the country and a tragically long reputation of the government refusing to enforce our immigration laws -- the cause of the border crisis we are experiencing now.

“The amount of attention being paid to immigration is at the highest it’s been in years. Because of this, a pro-enforcement, commonsense message is echoing loudly across the nation. Americans en masse are feeling the consequences of our government’s failures,” they added
