My prediction: The mandatory participation portion will be struck down as unconstitutional. Other parts of the bill will be allowed to stand.

Also Congress will vote to hold AG Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over withholding documents in the investigation of Fast & Furious. If they vote to hold him in contempt, I believe this will be the first time an AG has been.

My prediction: They will vote to hold him in contempt.

1. Lets hope for more,,,down with it! The cost to taxpayers will be substantial and increase the deficit; AND as seniors age, they will face more refusals of certain testing procedures normally paid for by Medicare. (you are too old, and the dollars are needed for younger people)

2. At the minimum.... This goes all the way to the top.
Big cover up,,,as shown by the use of Executive Privilege to hide the true facts.

that being said.....the rest of the bill looses much of its teeth without a funding mechanism...
