Check your headlight switch to make sure interior lights are not on. |

Figured it out. Deck is actually hood and it was a jared because of charger. |

The hood ajar switch is mentioned on page 8Q-3 in the 1999 Prowler manual. It is on the driver's side just inside the side panel. |
