I agree with AC. 303 products are all I've ever used on the top. I regularly use the 303 cleaner and once a year or so, I apply the 303 Sunbrella Fabric Guard water repellent.

I apply the repellent to a small area at a time with a clean paint brush. The first time you use it, it will soak in and you'll need 2 applications. After that, one coat is usually sufficient.

The repellent does come in a spray bottle. I pour it into a wide mouth jar that the brush will fit in.
