Roy D Mercer HAS TO BE the best "prank caller" of all time....

Here's a classic call where Roy calls a hardware store and wants them to pay for having his mother-in-laws dead dog stuffed by a taxidermist.

"I'm gonna have to have about $300 or I'll have to come down there and whoop somebody's ass"...."How big'a boy are ya, anyway?"
