The event is getting closer and I still have a lot to do. I would greatly appreciate some things you can do to make my job a bit easier!! 1. When you are posting info on any of the Event threads, please use your name (not just your screen name). I don't know everyone by their screen names. I can't add info if I don't know who you are. 2. Please check POA on a regular basis for new information. There will be more being posted in the next month regarding the event. 3. PLEASE register for the CEMA car show for the main part of the event. It is important that you do this ASAP. We want to have all the Prowlers parked together. If you wait until you get there to register it is an additional $5.00 but you may not get a spot in the Prowler group. 4. Please thoroughly read the posts so you get all the info straight and/or you might miss something. Thanks for the cooperation. If you've never hosted an event, regardless of the number of attendees, it is difficult for you to understand how much time and work involved. |

Amen to that last statement. Get the correct info to CJ as soon as possible. That way she can finish most of the work BEFORE the event instead of being stuck working during the event. |
