We stopped to visit Tom and Susie on Sunday and to pick up a couple of things as we headed for SW Florida. Always good to catch up. Also got a look at Tom's 2-piece deck lid and it is really looking good. Operation and fit is just excellent. I know he labored over hardware and cables. What he came up with is what you would expect from Connor Ave. Here are a few pics. This is a mighty slick project and looks great on the car. Hardtop owners get their trunk back and convertible top lovers get access to the trunk with the push of a button. This message has been edited by MIKE GATLIN on 09-16-2015 at 12:30 PM |

I saw the prototype at the NHN last year and it looked as good on the inside as the outside. I was impressed. |

I am working on it. I have another one to install and It will take a while to source all the attaching parts to go along with the lid installation. I will get back with updates. |

Tom will there be the painted option with the deck lid as with all of your body parts you offer? |

Sorry but there will not be a painted option. To big of a part to paint and ship it and expect it to arrive with no paint damage. And there may be some minor fitting needed as there are no two Prowlers exactly the same. |
