Ordered a wonder bar on Monday and have not heard anything back yet. Left a message with Larry's vm and messages with FMB Truck Outfitters with no response back. Sent payment through Paypal and transaction has cleared. |

I recently ordered a small item from Amazon using their free shipping option... After I ordered I followed the tracking on the internet....The item was shipped from Pennsylvania to Kentucky then shipped to Indiana and finally to my home in Ohio. It also took 8 days to reach me....No problem though since it was something that I didn't need in a hurry and the price was great......But if people really need something quick, bite the bullet and pay for the quicker shipping.. BTW.....You'll never deal with a vendor better than Larry Lord |

Could some of your shipping issues have anything to do with the current weather/road conditions especially those in the north? |

As bj prowler states, great guy to deal with. Hell, I flew from the UK to collect my bits from FMB. Not that I didn't trust the shipping. I drove there, the order was sat waiting for me. Great products that work. |

Just a thought you may consider when changing out the wonder bar is also doing the two front stabilizer links that Spoons makes up. I did both at the same time. |

Let me clarify my first post. The reason for posting was to get a hold of Larry. I was not pissed or aggravated by no means I just wanted to know the status of my order. I ordered the bar on Monday through PayPal, received a confirmation through Paypal, never received a confirmation through FMB, I figured there are busy and give them a couple days, Friday morning I called FMB and left a message, then was able to message Larry, then I looked were it was coming from and saw the 3 hour time change, I called again during there business hours and spoke to Lisa. Lisa looked up my order and told me it was shipped same day and she also gave me the tracking #. Lisa was very polite and gave me all the info I needed. She said if I did not get the order by Monday to give her a call. Larry also called me in the afternoon to confirm the order was on its way. In closing I just wanted to say that Larry runs a first class business and I would order from him in the future. |

quote: Yes I am doing the install. Unfortunately were the lift is it is not heated. I have a full shop in the house garage that is heated so I am doing it in there. I put the car on front ramps and it gave me plenty of clearance under the nose. I will do all the undercarriage work on the lift when we start getting some warmer weather. I removed the original bar and links yesterday, did not take long at all. I drilled out the 6 rivets on the bottom nose support plate and removed it, by doing that it gave me plenty of working space. The original links are totally shot, I took some pics I will post up. Ordered a set from Spoons on Monday also, have not seen them yet. I removed the bumpers, one bolt on each side was a pita. Will be installing Tom Mills kit. Previous owner had done some hack wiring for the alarm, built in radar and air horn. I took out most of the wiring and I am going to rewire everything. Took of the grill and did the chepo grill mod. I am going to fab a frame tie bar that will also hold the air horn. Also need to fab up a license plate holder. quote: Oops sorry, is that your patent? How about the expensive chrome grill mod? LOL. It looooooooks good. I did it while visiting my father in law last night. Before I started he looked at me like I had 10 heads, when I was done he loved it. After that my wife and I went to see the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie. That has got to be the most craziest movie I have seen in my lifetime, my wife hated it also. Mr. Grey has some serious mental health issues. |
