Friday morning, we met some new owners. Terry and Helena from Canada, Ralph and Susan from Strongsville, OH. Ed, Sandy, Bob and I invited them to join us on a cruise to Port Huron for the day. They had both just arrived. Terry and Helena declined, but Ralph and Susan went with us. We had a great drive and went to our favorite restaurant there. Ed Weischler, owner from Port Huron met us there for a late lunch. Lots of talk and lots of stories provided by Bob and Ed!!!

Cruised back to the hotel for a short break and headed to Woodward for the Friday night kickoff cruising. OMG the traffic.......and the fumes and the cars!!!! It was as bad as Saturday usually is. Made a big loop on Woodward and headed back to the hotel. Ran into Ken Joswiak (sp?). Long day!!!

Bob and I decided not to spend the day on Woodward, as I'd had enough the night before!!! Did run down to find the official lapel pin (got the last one at the stand we stopped at) and we headed out elsewhere for the day. On our way back we stopped at the hotel. Prowlers there but no one in sight. Maybe catch up with them in the morning.

All in all, a great time with friends!!!! These are the only pics I took as I'm not good at driving and using a camera at the same time!

Everyone said they had a great time and were heading home today except for Ken. He wanted to go to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. We headed out to the AMC Car Show they have every year the day after Dream Cruise and came back via Woodward. People cruising and some sitting at 13 and Woodward. Parking lot there was pretty empty, which was a surprise. Usually, it's packed!!!!

The best part was that the Hyatt did NOT charge us for last night. That was really a surprise bonus and we really appreciate it.
That hotel is first class and the breakfast was great.
We had a good time and really enjoyed the drive to Port Huron. The food was excellent in that retro café.
Thanks CJ & Bob, not only for this year but for the past umpteen years of doing a lot for Prowler owners to make the ownership more enjoyable.

Sorry we didn't get a chance to say goodbye, but it was a decision that turned out great.

Had work being done at the house and wanted to be home when they did it and they didn't finish till Friday afternoon.
