High mileage for a Prowler to bring top dollar, and it has a accident history. |

Car looks well cared for.....Someone who cannot afford to buy a "garage queen" is going to end up with a great car,..... enjoy the Hell out of driving it,.... and when they re-sell it get most of their money back.... Or, they can pay top dollar for a "garage queen",.... go out to the garage from time to time to look at it,.... and lose their ass when they re-sell it.... Prowlers ain't getting more valuable and we ain't getting any younger... |

47,000 miles on a 13 year old car is certainly not high miles in my book. It is a great looking and I am very surprise at the low asking price. |

quote: I agree 47k miles on a modern day car isn't anywhere near hi mileage...but..on all the tv auctions sites they refer to Prowlers differently. For some reason they consider anything over 15-20k miles as hi mileage.I have no idea why. I would expect the engine to run 150k miles at least, the transaxle may be scaring the buyers off since it was a early Chrysler attempt at something new for Chrysler. The hi speed driveshaft seemed strange to Chrysler owners in the early 90s when the engineers were designing the car.Just a guess. I haven't heard of any major problems, just a stab in the dark.. |

I bought a similar one a while back for the same price, no accidents, Tom mills signals and belly pan and less than half the mileage of this one. It's hard to show a deal because a deal is not a deal until it's done and at that point it's private info. I'm talking from my experience. |

This is $23000 Buy it now or make a offer. You might get this for $21500. I agree I have seen a couple better deals over the years, but this one is now if your looking for a Prowler. St0rmBr1nger's car is a good deal also, but you have to like the gold. |

Just looking at a NADA book. If a 2001 Chrysler had 47K miles on it today, it would get a $1,100.00 Add for low miles. Where this high mile thing comes from is the fact that there ARE Prowlers out there with super low miles. So being a collector type car, some have never been driven, and are a better value staying super low miles. I for one will drive mine. If I didnt want to drive it I would get a diecast
