BillyC good luck, dont be surprised if on Monday when that Prowler Store opens, they send you a email saying the Auction is a typo and the deal is off. The Prowler Store made the mistake and not eBay. Ebay will not enforce the trnsaction either, even if you sent a $1496 PayPal to the Prowler Store. But, you'll get your money back after PayPal holds it for awhile. The bill you received from eBay was an automated bill. I'm pretty sure they wont sell a Hardtop for what they sell a Fender for but if they do, then that is a Fantastic buy. I'n just saying, don't get your hopes up. jmo. Well they will have to send that email to 4 buyers. And if they don't honor the deal, the 4 people who bought them won't let the members of the prowler community forget it. We don't like it when people back out on deals. Might be in their best interest to honor this deal. |

In the picture they show of just their top, notice the side "indent" above the window. It looks narrower than the indent on the TGF tops. But looking at the pictures of the yellow prowler with the hardtop on, it appears the hardtop on that car is the TGF version, as the indent appears to be different than in the pictures of the prowler store top. |

Mickey, I'm pretty sure that the Hardtops being sold thru the Prowler Store in Florida are made by Autoform in Michigan, probably with an exclusive agreement with the Prowler Store since Autoform doesn't advertise Prowler Hardtops on their Website. Autoform has made Viper Convertible Hardtops for many years and their Viper product is a high quality item. I'm sure the design of this Prowler Hardtop is based on the TGF version with some subtle differences so as to avoid copyright infringement. |

I think that one comes painted buddy but still. Not long ago they had it listed at $1299 painted and $999 unpainted but that was for the driver side lol. The passenger side was cheaper  They should have a "call to confirm today's pricing" tab on their auctions. |

In defense of The Prowler Store, no company is going to take a $ 8000.00 hit. It was a data entry mistake. I am sure on Monday, somebody in that store is going to get their ass ripped good for making such an error. The Prowler Store offers Prowler owners a SINGLE SOURCE LOCATION for some great products. Let's not fall into the SUE EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN pool of people. We are grown men with a great car. Just in case anyone reads this post that was stuck on the ocean liner that just came into Mobile, AL., consider yourself lucky you came into Alabama and NOT Mexico. Also, the thing that really pisses me off is this 1) the weather was calm with flat seas, 2) the vessel was not taking on water, and finally 3) did you really think you were going to starve to death. Take a trip to a 3rd world country and see STARVING for what it is. STOP BEING PUSSIES. Now in closing, to the parents of the student arrested for an error on the PA system. Stop whining like a school yard bitch. Your setting a presidence here by contacting an attorney because a teacher there called the police. Hell, I say the teacher ought to be commended for her actions. In other words, people be realistic in what your doing. In closing this, my sincere apologies for the language used in this post. |

Ya I'm ticked off they wasted my time and now have to spend more time confirming that funds are returned. No compensation offered, like hey here's 10% off your next purchase or something.
