Just got my Nose Protectors from Pat, wondering if i can't get them chromed, how about polishing it, I have heard of this by some in here. Anyone have pictures how things look polished. If not, might paint it. |

I am sure that whatever the part is made from can be chromed. Mine are solid steel (Real Rod) and chromed very well but not perfect. The Stock Plastic Grill on my Prowler was also chromed well but not as nice as the Nose Protectors. Do some research and follow up with any vendors that are favorably mentioned on this site. It all comes down to how good of a job you expect, what your budget is, and most importantly the competence and reputation of the vendor. I have seen painted Nose Protectors but a Chrome Finish almost always looks better. JMO Take your time and hopefully you will get the right finish.
