There are many company's that offer extended warranties. Not sure if they would offer it on a 11 - 16 year old car. If so, I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap. Probably not worth it. Better off just paying for the repairs as they come.

I called several of those places that advertised, but they are all crap.

I had once on a different car, they never covered the whole amount of the repairs and there was a cap, and only limited coverage on certain parts in the car.

Thought anyone would have know of a good warranty out there.

Drillin,
I think most elect to self insure, that is to pay for any repairs as they come up. If you think of these "warranty" companies as companies, remember they have to take in more than they pay out to stay in business. So if one puts the money they would pay for a warranty aside, they would have enough to pay for any repairs 95% of the time. Just my two cents.
