USA Registered: Jun 2012 Admin Use	posted 09-07-2012 03:38 PM 24-08-98 JUN 98 A/C Compressor - Growl Noise I think I have this condition on my Prowler, it is listed in the "Garage" section but does not give any way of making a fix. Do I need to bring it in for service?

I was told something about a clutch and it was a natural sound. I fixed mine by turning up the stereo. It has worked perfect every since.

Therefore, First, I would not bother the sellar on this, or anything, anymore. Second, I would not go looking for problems to crop up ... just try to enjoy the car. and Third, find a local mechanic that you can trust to handle the issues as they do arise. My two cents.
