Faced with a dilemma: Do I take advantage of the low house / condo prices in Valencia, Ca right now and purchase something nice and possibly sell the prowler to lighten up the income to debt ratio or continue in renting a smaller condo in Valencia, Ca and retain the prowler? If I sell wheres the best place to list it at? |

Des, we would hate to lose ya. But real estate is a way better investment (financially) than a prowler. You can always get back into a prowler later on. Best place to advertise is here on POA. Then you have ebay, auto trader, craigslist etc. |

Yeh..I am really torn about this. I have 2 car payments, prowler and honda hybrid , love both cars but the prowler is clearly not a practical car as I refuse to mileage the hell out of it. I rent a nice little condo ( post divorce ) but i have put an offer on a much bigger 2+ 2 condo in town, much newer, much nicer + 2 car garage. Right now my income to debt ratio is sweet, if i purchase and dont sell the prowler my income to debt ratio gets a little tight. I make a very very good living but a costly divorce and child support really took its toll.,..( all in the past ) so if selling where do I list the vehicle? ebay? autotrader? Never used craigslist but know some have had success there. I've sold my last several cars on autotrader.com - I would only list on one - either autotrader or cars.com as most buyers will check both listings. |

Two of my kats were spotted on Autotrader.com and one from ebay. List them all and see what the best offers are. ------------------ |

If you use craigslist, make sure you spell out your phone number. From what I understand if you just type out the numbers, there are computer programs that scan the ads and you get all types of BS phone calls. The second time I placed an ad I spelled out the number and I didn't get any unwanted calls. |

I'm surprised to read that some here say that eBay is not considered to be a good place to list your car for sale. I bought my Prowler on eBay and I've sold 2 Vipers (one was brand new never titled). Listing on eBay is quite reasonable. ------------------ |
