Being that I am 6'1" my head just misses the roof while driving. Im wondering if anyone has had material removed from the seat. Im thinking maybe 1 or 2 inch's of foam removed would make it so I have more room.

Have you got the seat in the lowest position?
There are 3 adjusting levers, total.
Drive with the top down, plenty of headroom.
Hardtop gives more headroom.
I am 6' 2" and my head doesn't hit but I have long legs.
If you are not hitting your head, what difference does it make how much clearance you have?

My head is just at the roof, I have the seat as low as it goes. I would just like alittle more headroom to allow for movement. Its not a big deal, but if I can make alittle more room, it would be nice.

The seat can be hard to adjust, you need to keep playing with it. i've showed some members who had the prowler many years more ways to adjust it they didn't know. If you have the seat all the way back it can not go lower because back is hitting. Try moving seat a little forward, than pulling lever to lower, than adjust back of seat, than move whole seat back. You must be sitting in the seat to make it go down.

as stated,it may not be adjusted all the way down, with frt to back adj.move seat forward about 6 inches.with the up/down lever move lever forward, grasp seat at headrest and tilt forward, down as far as it will go,then move lever to rr and repeat, and the seat will be all the way down.some prowler seats are hard to adjust due to low miles or lack of use.

If you have any hair, shave it off. That may give you a little room as well :P

Cool. If you get a co-driver that's too low, employ the telephone book strategy.

I made a video, but it didnt come out good.
Use those seat lowering tabs-or make your own (i did).
When your done---look at the seat rail and you will see a
couple of tabs keeping the seat from going all the way back,
use a long bar and bend them up....that will give you 2 more
inches also. Next thing i did was to remove the gas pedal and cut 3.5 inches out of the length and weld up. this gives a
lot more leg room under the dash= does not effect the travel
of the cable. PM me and i will tell you more
