Looked like there may be a dipstick at the rear of the car near the transmission cooler...is this correct?

I need to get a 2000 Buyers Guide. It didn't have it with it.

FLAKING CHROME RIMS- Anything I can do to slow or stop it??

Tks again, this is a terrific resource and I hope I can link up with folks.

There are many prior posts about chrome rim flaking. The options range from rechroming, replacing or if he flaking is just on the inside, as mine were, sanding the a 3 1/2" center/inside band and painting the inside with a gray wheel paint. It is unnoticeable and inexpensive until you can afford option 1 or 2.
