I have searched the archives, but maybe not looking correctly. I have my 99 at Henderson glass here in Michigan changing the window regulators out with the Tom Mills units. There is a "guide" a flat 2" x 3" pc that has a plastic tip that is cracked. Glass place says that is part of the regulator (old) and is used with the new one. Mine is broke off. Dealer says the glass includes the metal "guide) as it bolts through the glass. Anyone had the issues with this when changing to Tom's regulators? Any help would be appreciated....doors are apart now..... MM |

Follow up...Got the new regs installed...awesome....Thanks to Terry at Jefferson Auto!! He knew exactly what the issue was....He did the permanent fix & walla !!! The guy at Henderson auto in New Baltimore was very bright on the install....no issues. His one comment was how did Chrysler ever get away with the originals. Thanks everyone! MM |
