I am creating a quick start guide for my Prowler for those times when I let someone drive it for the first time.

(I know, I know...I'm asking for trouble. Humor me. )

I mainly want to highlight things that make the Prowler different to drive than most cars.

Here's what I plan to include:

1. No ABS, traction control, etc...Drive carfully!
2. The car is light and the engine is supercharged...Drive carfully!
3. PAY ATTENTION to the nose
4. The car can be a little tail happy.
5. The rear end may feel like it is moving around behind you, especially on the highway in the groves.
6. Looking over the hood and seeing the tires will seem strange, take care.
7. A short guide on top opening and closing.

Can you think of anything I missed? Also, anyone have a digital (scanned) copy of the owner's manual they would be willing to e-mail me?

Be careful of speed bumps if you have stone guards on front fenders and do not back up in tall grass if you have stone guards.

Since I lend my Prowler out to a lot of People... Some that have never driven a Prowler before, the first thing that I tell them is when you drive a Prowler it's like driving any other car only from the back seat.. You can't see the front of the car and it's sticking WAY OUT THERE.. Just be careful about it and allow WAY MORE ROOM when pulling up on something... ... onecatnodog

Unless you are 6'7",,,,you can't see the right front wheel when making right turns,,,,give yourself plenty of clearance..

From the driver's seat to the nose, its 10' away > Please slam the nose into/over a curb, so my Prowler will have the same scratches on the underside as most of the rest of them

If the car doesn't shift out of second gear, CALL ME!

Incase of an accident,,,,bail out and run,,hide, and don't ever let me see you again!

That should cover it....
